After a successful payment you are returned to a download page on this site. We confirm the payment with Stripe and then provide a temporary download link that expires after a limited time. Please save the file to your device. If a link expires or the download does not work, contact us and we will help.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and use the digital materials for your own personal use. You may print a copy for yourself.
